Unfortunatelly for you this is not the world record.

The record (according what is published in this forum )  is 9,5 hours http://forum.strateg...ared/#entry9229

Nothing like a good memory, KARAISKAKIS. :)

But 7:54:24 spent playing is a sad, sad affair for sure. Too bad a tie refusal wasn't processed in this game. That's the one good thing the MT can do. If you are tired of playing all you have to do is offer a tie and in a mere ten minutes you can be out of the game.

That must have been a very dull day! This is why game clocks are so valuable like they have on Gravon.

What is the opponent? A loser? Or were you just chasing around or moving the same pieces over an over.

My opponent was winning but wanted to play a long game. I was close to resign but i knew where his flag was and hope to get it. After 7h54 i was very tired (my best piece was a 7, but he's got the 8) but fortunately he lost on time.

He is peterjohnson6388 as you can read.

You must have drunk acid juice this week, trickz. You've been harsher than usual. Things are always a bit subjective where people are concerned. I think the Wonky case was before my time on the MT, so I don't remember the specifics of it, though I do recall the hullabaloo around it. I can tell you things have evolved where judging draws is concerned.
