Every time the computer has one movable piece, he just moves it back and forth.

There's lots of funky things that the computer does. It doesn't follow the proper Two Squares rule for one. It makes a difference whether a chasing piece attacks another, whereas in the rules there should be no difference. I've noticed in the new single-player app, the computer will never let you corner a piece. It will give the computer four moves to evade! But that's not the half of it. When the computer comes to corner you, and you have the 2S advantage, it gives the the computer four moves to kill you! How's that for fair!

This is what makes the new app unusable.

I just downloaded the Singleplayer version on my grandma's kindle out of boredom. Hoping it's better than multiplayer.

It's not. And the 2 squares rules doesn't work properly. It gives the computer 4 moves side-to-side, whether attacking me of defending it's piece, rather than the should-be-allotted 3. I can beat the computer still, but this makes the new app obsolete and nearly impossible to use. You're not playing "true" stratego.

I'm always a winner- win or lose the game. I take my mistakes and learn from them!

Tried to take many screenshots. Austin18 just moves the same two pieces back and forth and back and forth over and over again in the opening. When offered a tie, he declines. Just waits for hours before his opponent gives up. That account should be shut down and a rule should be programmed enforcing a tie if there has been 50 consecutive moves or 1 hour with no change in move sequence. This is ridiculous.

Someone needs to penalize Austin18.

This is not the right topic or board for this.
