Every time I move my Scout more than 1 tile per turn, he will always use his Scout to exchange mine, and sometimes hits a repeated piece.

Ok, but if you just want to have fun. The Computer moves at a constant speed, and there is no time limit.

But still is this a complaint or are you asking the community what you should do when the Computer moves his scouts to attack and destroy your army?

Witherguy12, you probably meant the gerund verb "exchanging" I'm assuming as there is no word "exangement". I've edited your title thusly.
