Appeal against the defect MT decision in the case brought forth by napoleon 1er:

"1.7.1 Normal Convictions: A normal conviction means a conviction for anything less than a permanent ban. A minimum of three agreeing votes, or at least 50% of the Moderator Team if there are more than eight members will be required for a normal conviction.[red emphasis added. gls]"
I'd like this decision to be void as it did not follow the forum rules at that time. Which is no surprise from the people on the MT at that time.
As it is easy to overlook such a small detail, there is no need to pursue any charges against the people responsible for this corruption.
