Hello sir,

There was a draw refusal case brought against you by rgillis783 (playing as celtic rule) awhile back. As it was a close vote and a complicated case, the verdict was reached just several days ago, and the end result was that you were guilty of draw refusal.

BRAINWATCHER draw refusal. I got this player twice today. They do not know rules. I pointed them here. Naturally I would like pts back but am more concerned that they know this is not Okay !  Sorry for the order of picts.

Above is the original case as presented. The MT ruled that this case was a clear draw, and you declined twice, meaning that you refused a valid draw. The penalty for this is -100 ELO.

The punitive part of the penalty is 100 points but we also remove the system points gained by you in the process, so the total deduction is 113 for a first time draw refuser.

A warning letter was issued to you also via email by admins, explaining the general situation of the penalty.
