Mods judging family member cases

I know moderators aren't able to judge their own cases- but is an immediate family member of the plaintiff able to judge that player's case, I wonder? ….  :)

It's an interesting question. The rules currently state a moderator is not allowed to vote in cases that involve him. Does that apply to a close relative? I think I would agree it should and maybe that should be clarified in the rules. Thanks, Fairway.
