You don't need to open the case. I did refuse his/her draw, and i would do it again . You can put my point to zero if you want, i did the crime so i will do the time. I only play qa anyway.
Now to what happenned.
After we were left into the game with the generals and a scout from his/her part , and after 7-8 minutes of pointless chasing i asked for a draw first. He/She refused it because hoped that i would give up. After around 1 HOUR, he/she saw that i didn't give up so then he/she decided to offer the draw. A draw that i didn't accept.
I have done this few time with people like him/her, that when the game is clearly a draw first they reject the draw offer in hope of the other person giving up, and after they see that the other person does not give up, THEN start crying and offer the draw
kostas1983, for what it's worth doing what you did is against the rules at Article 6.5, repeated below. It would be far worse punishment for your opponent, and a better result for you, if you just reported and presented evidence for the wrong your opponent did, rather than try and get back at him this way. Hopefully, you won't run into this problem again. Good luck in that.
6.5 Vigilanteism: At no time should you ever try to cheat or glitch an opponent, refuse a valid draw request from, or be abusive to someone just because you feel they may have done these things to you. Retribution in these ways at anytime is unacceptable, and if proven or self-confessed could face a penalty, the same as any other case.
