The timestamps are in the bottom right corner of the screenshots.

Sorry, yes, I see them now.  I'm on a desktop and they are clearly there.  Strangely, on my phone before I see they are there also but their location puts them right on my phone's curved edge and I kind of never look that way, I guess. :)

Case will be opened.  I see there was one complaint against this fellow last year but the victim provided no evidence.  So this will be a first case actually against the fellow.

I would like to report Kostas1983 for Draw Refusal. I've used all my three draw requests.

You don't need to open the case. I did refuse his/her draw, and i would do it again . You can put my point to zero if you want, i did the crime so i will do the time. I only play qa anyway.

Now to what happenned.

After we were left into the game with the generals and a scout from his/her part , and after 7-8 minutes of pointless chasing i asked for a draw first. He/She refused it because hoped that i would give up. After around 1 HOUR, he/she saw that i didn't give up so then he/she decided to offer the draw. A draw that i didn't accept.

I have done this few time with people like him/her, that when the game is clearly a draw first they reject the draw offer in hope of the other person giving up, and after they see that the other person does not give up, THEN start crying and offer the draw

Hello sir and welcome to the forum, glad to have you :)

Unfortunately here we run on proof: we need to have proof to back up cases and accusations. The screenshot proof against you is overwhelming at this point- do you have proof for what you claim?

.
For your information the penalty for draw refusal in QA games is a ban of a certain length, not a points deduction.

And agreeing with Fairway here, if you have any evidence to back up your claim of his refusing a draw, then present that to us and we can adjudicate it in your favor.

Yes, that is a valid thing to try. But you only have 10 minutes to achieve it. If you have not trapped your opponent by then, he is within his rights to report you for draw refusal if you do not accept one at that time.

NOW, WHICH ACCOUNT DO YOU WISH TO KEEP ACTIVE IN THE FORUM? ARGITHEA or HELLENIC MAJOR?

I will keep this one

Hello

I respect that and it's obvious that you have to rely on proof. I am not here trying to avoid whatever the ban is. At the end of the day i did refuse an obvious draw so i deserve the ban.

But i care about the truth way more than anything, and i just wanted to say what really happenned.

i have played more than 17000 games.i  have refused obvious draws 4-5 times in cases like this and other 8-9 times when people used extreme foul language.

While with out proof kostas1983 it looks like you may get some ruling against you. Draw refusal is not Okay as far as I can see. I am just a player like your self. Your 17000 matchs is a good amount of gaming. I do find it refreshing to see a defendant come and share their side of the story ! I would find it even more refreshing if CoreBae comes back and either validates your account of the match or discredits it . I am unsure if the MT ever contacts the plaintiff in these instances to clarify situations ?

21' for loosing 2 pieces i dont think its a progress
He was only shuffling and every 8-9' he was doing a little progression
His only goal was certainly to make me surrender and not win the game
I think this hypocritical behaviour is even worse than doing nothing and should be punished

kostas1983, for what it's worth doing what you did is against the rules at Article 6.5, repeated below. It would be far worse punishment for your opponent, and a better result for you, if you just reported and presented evidence for the wrong your opponent did, rather than try and get back at him this way. Hopefully, you won't run into this problem again. Good luck in that.

6.5 Vigilanteism: At no time should you ever try to cheat or glitch an opponent, refuse a valid draw request from, or be abusive to someone just because you feel they may have done these things to you. Retribution in these ways at anytime is unacceptable, and if proven or self-confessed could face a penalty, the same as any other case.

Reporting Nightmare190 for draw refusal. We played QUICK ARENA, and both ended up with Spies and flags bombed in the corners. I offered draw twice, ten minutes apart, and both offers were refused with no progress. The screenshots are here:

Just played IRONMANN. From the very beginning he started endlessly shuffling. He refused to attack and I had no interest to play like this and asked for a draw 3 times which he refused.

Thank you for handling it.

A case will be opened. This is the same person I played awhile back and reported also. He never once crossed from the 4th rank to the 5th rank in our game. He actually was venturesome to the 6th rank in your images. ;) While I cannot vote on my personal case I certainly will on this one.
