Strange is, you lost "only " few points although the difference of rank was low

I found tow sourced for this strange behavior which are an easy explanation:

1. There was a point change from a past event (2-4 weeks) happening just at that time (in this case a reduction of points for a glitch (someone dropped out of a game, you got points, confirmed this and this was adjusted))

2. With the ipad / iphone if you search for a game and it takes to long to cancel search, often when a match is just about to be assigned (you don`t see that though) you loose the points, and you have not even noticed that, you play another game, win get a few points but the balance is negative, so it seems you lost points in the game, but in fact this is not true.

So in most cases you won points but the balance makes it negative, you have to figure out what the balance is.

Just stop aborting games searches has helped me with the ipad / Iphone. I never saw this playing with a browser with the computer happen.

hope that helps / explains....

john
