If you are matched with '12' you can resign at start and claim back whatever you lost. (or any other PB'ed player gameside)

The MT is of opinion that nobody is obliged to play against him (or any other PB'ed player gameside) but should you choose to play, no points will be restored. Forfeit must happen within 5 moves and a defeat screen must be provided.

The MT suggests waiting +- 5 min before searching for a new game to maximize the chances of not running into the same player again.

Claims should be made within 24 hours as a means to prevent stapling of points.

Nice handling and presentation of your case, my fellow Hoosier man. Your points will be requested to be restored in the next round of admin actions.

Thanks. Any news on my report from last week when I was matched against 12? Still waiting for those points back as well.

My son is now in a game with 12. He didn't know about the right to surrender from scratch and now 12 has refused 3 tie requests (unfortunately screenshots have been taken without timestamps) and is playing 15 seconds each move and waiting 28 seconds on each tie request. He has 2:30 minutes of video showing this abuse. I'm telling him now to surrender and take a video of the surrendering and then post all in draw refusal + abusive time wasting.. I hope this info will be sufficient.

Hello

I have just played against the known cancer "12"

I spent more than 1 hour playing nothing, although he had a lot of advantage (2 majors, 1 captain, 2 lieut and 1 sergent) for one colonel for me. I decided to surrender because it was not fun.. He also waited 14 seconds before playing..just to waste time.

And he also inulted in chat very hardly...

He refused 3 draws too

I wanted to ask to the MT if it was possible to get my points back.. thanks :D

From my point of view, Daniel, I believe you without hesitation–your son, not knowing the circumstances concerning the PB'd player 12, should not have to deal with this player...no player gameside should have to deal with him. Your reputation on this site is not one of someone who lies, so for me, I would be happy to stand behind you on this one should you need the support...I believe that the MT will be very fair about this request.

I say this to you also to make a point, I may have my moments of controversy, and even be provocative when it comes to trying to bring truth to light...but my conduct has always been based in a context of truth and the pursuit of it–your argument against me about my case regarding brentzzz, although you were voicing your point of view, was completely biased and without the grounds for a discussion–you made a critical argument against my claim without inviting a civil discussion. In the end, I proved you wrong, and it does NOT bring me any pleasure at all. I would prefer to speak with you about Scotch and how I may improve my game on this site. You are still one of the very best of the very best players here–and I have great respect for your skills.

Thank you for your consideration. :)

he has various screenshots and movies showing 15 seconds abuse, draw refusal and abusive behaviour in chat. Time stamps are not very well done because of lack of "how to do" and because of cell phone battery limitations but i witness the case. I let him learn how to use imgur and report the case but frankly for me the case is clear.

And on Daniel's son's behalf...I argue that he should not have to endure the indignity of a loss to a PB's player with whom Admin is incapable of removing!!!

Regardless of protocol...Daniel's son would NEVER have been paired with the player "12" if Admin had been able to remove player "12." In the eyes of the law, "ignorance of the law" is never an excuse, but in this case, the root cause is directly a result of the inability to remove the offending party.

I would motion that it is OPEN SEASON on player "12" and to abolish any limitations to claims for points. This is absurd. If Admin cannot remove "12" from the player database, then ALL players should not have any limitations imposed upon them, regarding this specific account.

You cannot make more than 5 moves ina game against player 12, and so on and so forth...

WELL...THE POISON IS IN THE WELL because Admin cannot contain and remove it. Why limit good standing players because of a technical glitch??????

If "12" were off the sie, this would be a non-issue. I say let the players try to flatten him...and if they cannot, reward them for trying.

I played against 12 today, he thoroughly trashed me. I have no screenshots, only recognized the name when I was reading this topic. I don't recall any abuse, so not looking for my points back, but just in case for future encounters, I can surrender during setup, make a screenshot and that's it?

I hereby grant explicit permission to all my opponents to record and publish my games as they see fit.

Best is to do so after 1 move so a defeat screen is present - best way to ensure you don't get refunded insufficient points.

Bumbled onto 12 today for second time. I had already taken a loss to 12 today then I remember this ! I regularly would play it out  but I have been taking some losses so I bailed. I forgot to screen shot desktop for time stamp so no case here, my bad ! On separate note 12/God has seemed pleasant as of late.

Got ''huckdunt'', as I understand an alias of ''trickz'', a PB' ed player. ( http://forum.strateg...-2018/?p=464545 )

Didn't really feel like enduring any abuse similar to the stories I've heard so I resigned. https://imgur.com/a/gKu4ayA

.
I just now saw this. I don't know how we forgot it but you'll have your case. No time stamps are needed with PB'd players, only that you didn't exhaust more than 5 moves. Here you didn't, so a case will be made.
