Same reason as before, only 4 minutes passed between the two draw refusals.

Winning isn't everything, but wanting to win is.

ok but what shall then a player who has no more tie request left do if he wants to claim for a draw refusal? Why are the 9 minutes elapsed after the 2nd draw refusal and the defeat screen not sufficient evidence of no game evolution for more than 5 minutes? Please provide details of your explanation.

Dan, it's the refusal screens that are the bookends for a draw refusal case, not the defeat banner screen. Although, unlike a defeat details screen which can stay on the computer forever (and therefore skew the timestamps involved unpredictably), the defeat banner screen does at least guarantee an accurate time. What it does not do is show that the defendant acknowledged the request and refused it, as a system refusal would show. Yesterday's opinion might have been rendered in your favor, as you are aware, but today's is not the same, and holds more in line with the rules. A draw refuser must be given the opportunity to refuse the draw. You can make this request in chat, but the system request is stronger and you are, as I would expect you are aware, unlimited in those.
