Unfortunately, I was not aware of the possibility that MT would even be remotely interested in enforcing standing (forum) policies. Indeed, rules are there for draw refusal cases / abusive language cases, but you know very well those are not the only rules written as per http://forum.strateg...rum-rules-2016/
. I must admit that I am surprised that once more, MT is very selective when it comes down to enforcement. "he MT is referring to these rules in order to be impartial and ensure equal treatment for equal fault" This is a blatant lie. Not even remotely close to truth. There are lots of "faults" on the forum and MT is being very selective about which "faults" are taken care of and which aren't. You guys are awesome.
Correct me if I am wrong, but one of MT members clearly stated to me that "this isn't a childs site", can you explain to me why suddenly MT cares about what younger ones on here are to face? Why are you making an issue out of the word "moron", but did not start out crying when being compared to "nazi's" recently?
"Moron" was coined in 1910 by psychologist Henry H. Goddard from the Ancient Greek word μωρός (moros), which meant "dull" and used to describe a person with a mental age in adulthood of between 8 and 12 on the Binet scale. It was once applied to people with an IQ of 51–70, being superior in one degree to "imbecile" (IQ of 26–50) and superior in two degrees to "idiot" (IQ of 0–25). The word moron, along with others including, "idiotic", "imbecilic", "stupid", and "feeble-minded", was formerly considered a valid descriptor in the psychological community, but it is now deprecated in use by psychologists.
I must admit that when looking at Goddard's theory, the term "Moron" was missused for MT. Can you explain why it is that being compared to people who were partly responsible for millions of casualties back in the times does not upset you?
"we will be extremely cautious on any future claim for abusive bahaviour that may be raised against you and will judge it with the utmost severity."
"The MT is referring to these rules in order to be impartial and ensure equal treatment for equal fault."
Try to compare those two sentences to each other without laughing.
"The MT: Napoleon 1er, Lonello, GaryLShelton, tobermoryx, and Major Nelson"
Glad to hear MN is still on board despite his early resignation. I hope he will be capable of getting some common sense into the MT.
By your extreme high moral standards one would expect this to be considered an attack/insult based on appearance(breach of rules?
). Luckily there is no favoritism at hand and you (napoleon in this case) finds it funny to make a joking comment about it.
