I would like to report "vlxpsp" for draw refusal. Tried to warn him, but he said he would play for 11,000 years before he would take a draw. I requested 3 draws over 14 minutes with only an exchange of scouts during that time. Please deduct 100 points from his account and return my points. Thank you.

The MT finds vlxpsp guilty of 1st degree draw refusal. He will have 113 points deducted from his rating, and he will receive a warning letter. MisterTimRules will have 13 points restored to his rating. All pending administrative action.

A case will be opened.  Why did you play so long, steelers?  That may be a record move count (2821!) but you could have ended the game in 10 minutes if you wanted to.  Yet you played a whopping 55 minutes after your first refusal screen.  That's being a glutton for punishment, sir!  :)

I enjoy punishing people that try to do this by wasting as much of their time as I can stand.  Hopefully between that and the punishment they receive by the MT, they will think twice about doing it again.

Infinite shuffle from both. Draw denied. Chat ignored.

I hope I did correct.

Can short to do overview be posted at first page? Difficult to read long story in game.

The MT found mzarkhah guilty and the 13 pts unfairly won will be returned to steelers and a further 100 deducted from mzarkhah.

The complete draw refusal rules are there at the first post as you observe. The pertinent part on evidence is here:

3.4.1 What you should have in your screenshots to make a STRONG case:
  • The time from your computer visible in all screenshots.
  • The graveyards of both players visible in all screenshots.
  • Two screenshots of your opponent rejecting two tie requests 10 minutes apart. These screenshots should ideally show all pieces on the board and no progress in the game during that time.
  • Any relevant chat dialogue, particularly by your opponent.
  • Little or no use of your own buffer shown in the screenshots.
  • The defeat details screen is very important. The MT will not uphold your claim of draw refusal without it or other evidence that you have lost the game.
  • There should be no progress in the game between final tie refusal and the defeat details screen.

Suggestion. Add on top:

TL;DR:
Provide 3 screenshots:
 - 1st draw refusal
 - 2nd draw refusal after 10 minutes without progress
 - Defeat screen after resignation without progress
Read on for details.

I'd like to report JOSEPHWHITE for draw refusal.  I knew where his minors were, and had all 3 captains and he dragged it out.

Quiz

Based on the second image, is there a way for red to win or draw is the post probable result?

Between two successive screenshots pieces are captured and also josephwhite advances the game (he approaches the flag with his pieces). So there is progress and based on this the MT found there is no case.

I'll try playing from josephwhite's position with another player later, though, to find out whether he could have won.

Based on the third image red has a clear advantage which can award him victory so don't reply apologetically because you were not accused of something. I only asked if, based on the second image, there is a chance for red to win!!!!

.

From what I can see, though I'm just a so-so strategist, that answer is a definite yes. If red positions one of his scouts just above the head of the pyramid then that blue Major covering the flag cannot move left or right. Then with three miners remaining, red could keep a second blue Major tied up on one side which would still leave two more red miners and another red scout for battling the last and final Major on the other side. And that seems a done deal for red to win to me.

I tried it at alternative options with Fks (I was red). I couldn't win, it seemed to end as a draw. If anyone can show that reds wins, do post the solution here.
