I would like to report "vlxpsp" for draw refusal. Tried to warn him, but he said he would play for 11,000 years before he would take a draw. I requested 3 draws over 14 minutes with only an exchange of scouts during that time. Please deduct 100 points from his account and return my points. Thank you.

Gosh! Well, if that is what he said to you, he should have 11,000 points deducted from his ELO...I mean fair is fair, you know?

I'd like to report MarshallDave777 for draw refusal.  As shows he refused to do anything but shuffle for 15 minutes, even saying in chat that that's what his plan was and I should just follow.

We need a defeat screen.  Do you have one to share with us?

Also, I don't see timestamps on your screens.  Do you have those as well?

The timestamps are on the top right corner.

The screenshots are weird.  Did he just minimize the stratego screen then, you're saying?  If so, then that's okay.  I've just never seen anyone present us screens quite like that before.

My opponent double chased and i was forced to give up.I took several sceenshoots to prove that he cheated me. I have a case against ''Don't Worry''. He had 870 elo so it's impossible he doesn't know the rules.

These are the 10 images that prove what i am claiming. The first image is in the bottom and the last is in the top. He was doublechasing for 10 minutes when i was forced to give up because he was not in the mood of stopping the violation of the rule.

I've been trying to get MT to finally enforce this since October 2017. I'm running as MT candidate and one of my main goals is to see this implemented. Your support at http://forum.strateg...-not-anonymous/ would be appreciated! :)

M8... This is you refusing a draw. Double chasing is allowed on Stratego.com. So much for knowing the rules of the site :)

From the screenshots it looks like a triple chase even, even more fun. It's a shame it's still allowed on here, but perhaps with your case some people may finally see the urge and necessity of this rule to be implemented.

It appears that some new and old players are unaware of the Draw Refusal rules. In-particular the section about progressing the game if you decline request. Would the MT or Mister Tim Rules please re-post  this in this thread. I have been accused by several players of making this up. I ask you in-particular MTR because you seem to grasp them well---not throwing shade your way. I would prefer MT.

Here you go:

3.1.3 Progress/Advancing the Game: As stated above, the burden to advance the game falls on the player refusing the draw after a tie request is made. An attack will often be evidence of this, but not always. For example, lottoing a low-level piece or two in an endgame situation may not be viewed as advancement. On the other hand, not attacking is usually evidence of non-advancement, but again not always. The player steadily pushing a multiple piece army to his opponent's side of the board may still be seen as advancing the game even without yet attacking. In summary, the MT expects to see the player who refuses a draw request to exhibit solid progress after refusing the tie request.

Was there anything else I needed to post?  I didn't snap a picture of the defeat screen, I just quit.  I don't mind if I don't get points, but the guy constantly does this (about the third time he's done it to me), and I'd be happy if he just lost the points and got the warning to change his behavior.

If you don't have any defeat screen, you won't get any judgement in your favor. Except that we will send, very probably, a draw refusal reminder letter to your opponent in this game.  That will be officially announced soon, I expect.
