I would like to report "Flaxes" for a second draw refusal this week. He never attempted to play. Just spent 15 minutes ranting and insulting me. I will also be reporting him for abusive comments. Here's all 8 of my screenshots. Four are abusive, 3 are draw refusals and one is my defeat screen. I think it's time this guy was suspended for awhile. No one should have to put up with this nonsense all the time.

Yes, unfortunately, it is seen as as attempting to win the game if you attack.  If it hadn't been a standard pyramid setup and you had won, we wouldn't even be talking about this.  So next time, yes, just give the culprit ten minutes to get it done and then resign.  Sorry this game was so very long for you.  Not many have experienced 1:43 long games.

Live and learn, right?

I'd say getting my case 90% right on the first run isn't too bad.  ^_^

Sorry, it seems there was not a case open for this previously but we will deal with this now.

If we are opening forgotten cases: there are also a libel and lies case and a breach of forum rules case against lonello unopened.

They can be found in in one of the threads, reference Morx vs Lonello 1 and Morx vs Lonello 2

why is it that so many people must persist in violating this rule?

this is another open and shut case?

 1) i asked him to advance the game

 2) asked again

 3) started the process

 4) i pleaded with him about the rule

 5) warned him about the rule

 6) he pleads ignorance to the rule as he retreats from an attack again!

 7) 2nd offer for a draw after 20 minutes of going in circles

 8) the last time i'm going to watch him retreat!

 9) last offer to draw

10) the end

 * i didn't take screen shots 1&2 until after starting the process...

  https://imgur.com/a/k7N5J

this was my easiest conviction i thought, but still no verdict!

The specific complaints about Lonello were simply matters of interpretation about mostly petty things.

None of it amounted to 'libel' in our opinion.

Suggestion: read Morx vs Lonello 2: it is not about lies and libel at all, it is about BREACH OF FORUM RULES

The quoting from the PM was justifiable in revealing some evidence - of the motives behind attacks on MT - that was not being mentioned on the forum.

Well the case was never opened, no explanation was ever given and now the reasoning is poor.

Positive news:

I will see this ruling as a precedent to reveal whatever evidence suits me from PMs  in whatever future disputes are applicable.

OK.

If someone is saying one thing on forum and another in PM then it is justifiable to quote from the PM.

brad1819 had an advantage and failed to progress the game.

I started doing screen captures after the second draw refusal.

File names from snag it have all the times and dates. Most of screen captures have the windows clock in the corner.

Why doesn't the first draw refusal have the windows clock in the corner?

Snag it has an option to click on the window and it automatically grabs the window. I did not realize the clock is not part of the region.
I usually play on the phone and my reports have times dressed up on the phone screen captures.

I have original files with date and time of creation. Which is the same as the file names automatically generated by snag it.

Sorry for the delay in handling this.

The MT has voted that tornado1367 is guilty of draw refusal, so will receive a 113 point deduction and a warning letter. Guldin will receive 13 points back, which is the difference between a loss and a draw.

I would like to report "Flaxes" for a second draw refusal this week.

The MT finds Flaxes guilty of both the draw refusals.

MisterTimRules will have 26 points added to his rating.

Flaxes is an alias of a banned player and this account will be permanently banned as well.
