I see players are taking note of amount of games played. I myself saw an Italian flag with picture of family on sailboat on acct. They had total games played at over 30,000 they were gold rank. It was six months ago-I think-have not seen them since, can't recall username. In regard to wogomite/ouwesok chat about players leaving game with upper hand , my own thought is that there are players who still play to HF=have fun. I think they are in control of match and could win BUT do not want to blow up other players ELO. Just a crazy thought but I still believe that there is good in people ( also) naive of me !  ;)

I played a ranked game (on my other account 'YourBiggestfan') against some called V-power. I lost my general early on (for a major) and he immediately started taunting in the chat saying "GG" and "You should surrender".  Funny part is he lost in the end LOL. Those kind of wins always make me laugh

I ve had similar wins. Once, I lost my marshal very early in the game and the opponent sent me "gg". In the end, while diffusing one of his flag's bombs with my miner I wrote back "Good game indeed.".

Winning isn't everything, but wanting to win is.

From the gamesite: Click on Friends Tab, Then Click 'Invite Friends', Then Click on the People Icon, Then enter their name in the search box

I don't see no people icon.

I see a screen that invites me to login with facebook. I login with a Stratego account.

If I login with my facebook account I see a list of people and a field that allows me to write a facebook name.

So what am I missing

Is it my browser (Chrome) or does the Web2PDF button not work properly? Every time I have set up a board full of pieces, clicking the Web2PDF button only generates a PDF of the empty board, together with the list of piece buttons below the board. Do I really need to use a screen capture program to select the board with pieces?

I have only been able to do it using screenshots. It comes up blank for me on both Chrome and Puffin that I use on my phone.

Draw Refusal Rules, specifically, can be read here: http://forum.strateg...604#entry339604

Why would you want it in PDF format anyway

Just use the Windows snipping tool

Yup, that's what I do. But why have this PDF button then if it won't work?

The PDF button of the boardgame editor does exactly what it is supposed to do, it turns the HTML into a PDF document.

Unfortunately the way I build the boardgame editor, is by directly manipulating the DOM, it does not change the generated HTML, so the buttonalways sends the initial value of the HTML to a PDF document, which means an empty board.

Net result: it seems not to work.

That is software development at its best.
