My friend, you have obviously never been to a real live world championship. The better your rating at the end of each round, the closer to the front of the room you sit. If you lose, typically you move closer to the back. The 'table' you sit at is just as important as the round rating for prestige in my opinion. The only thing more important than these two things is the final result.

what happened?

I used to play against a few drunken idiots in College and University. I just recently discovered this game online, playing my first matches against real-world opponents. After 100 games, I'm now one of the top 10 players in the world.

If there are any complaints about the performance of the game server, please forward these to customer care. We will evaluate the tournament at the end of WCO3.

Please use this thread for questions regarding the WCO as stated in the introduction of the thread.

Could we set up a thread for posting WCO 2017 videos? I assume various players have recorded their games and hopefully many will be made available

I have recorded my matches against KingTybby and Grizzlybear and intend to upload them at the topic with my videos after the final round of the WCO.

Hi,

Text is easier and also doesn't depend on the host's availability. It is hard to fit 74 players into a readable screenshot aswell. :)

The top 2 of the WCO qualify for Apex. If they have already qualified for Apex from other tournaments will the next 2 players (3rd and 4th) at the final standings qualify for Apex?

No idea - your best bet would be to ask the Apex organizers :) (thus not here as they may not notice it)

No, only the Top 2 players win a place in Apex (Pyramid 2018) and the Top 10 players win a place in Core (Pyramid 2018).

I am not 100% sure on this, but I believe it is calculated on the strength of your opponent.

yes I know that part, but your buch after round 10 is the level of all your opponents I think or maybe the average of the level of your opponents opponents or something.

Buch is the total score of all your opponents, M-Buch is your Buch minus the scores of your highest and lowest played opponent in this tournament.

In addition: m-buch is first to decide your rank. If this is the same then buch is deciding.
