OverLord_98 will serve a tournament ban of approximately 8 months for not declaring an account in the Alias Register (Abaddon666).

OverLord_98 will be ineligible to participate in the Backstabbers Team Tournament, WinterTourn and Champions League 2018. The ban will take effect from the end of the Pyramid 2017 - he will be allowed to complete his remaining matches.

As a consequence of breaching the Alias Register during the WCO, two players will serve tournament bans:

sir_balanos13  -   12 month ban - Not eligible for WinterTourn/Champions League/ Pyramid League 2019;

Spion...  - 6 month ban - Not eligible for WinterTourn 2019

TC have agreed that there are redeeming circumstances for Spion... that warrant the reduced length. Firstly, he informed a member of the WCO about his identity immediately prior to a game; and secondly the evidence from testimonies of other players suggests that he had told players about this account and did not intend to keep it a 'secret' - but rather was ignorant of his duties to inform the Alias Register of any new accounts. You might also consider a third factor - that the name of the alias account in question (VINC&) would have been named otherwise had it wished to be secret.

sir_balanos13 did also reveal his account publicly (YOUAREMALAKA) to be an alias of his - but not before he made a number of posts in the forum on his alias account where he kept his identity a purposeful secret. In these circumstances TC decided against a reduced ban.
