Gary, I like the explanation today! You are right. However I would keep the "regardless" part.

Yes, we did leave that in for the presentation to Dieter Krapp and others. It's a more difficult sell to go the shortest version just above. The extra wording makes things even clearer so isn't really bad.

Hey, let us know if you test Gravon out on the scout movements I listed above from Kernel Mustard's original question. On fixing the issue, I'd like to know if they're any more responsive than here. :)

I voted gravon of course. No comparison, gravon takes 9 if 10 is the best rating. Stratego takes 5 and metaforge 7. I play as fonias there and played thousand of games to the three sites.

If they were to redo some graphics at gravon and make it a bit more usable with java then it would be almost perfect.

I think personally if they want more players they need to redo the system of games and then rooms for each game, it makes it too complicated. They need to have the games tabs then once you select which game you are playing just hit 'host' and have a list of games like @ meta.

Hi Gary,

Today I tested the scout movement with Losermaker. Unfortunately its still the same. So there is a little error on the scout movement there. I will post a topic about it in the gravon forum. Maybe it will help. But I can imagine it is not very important and maybe a lot of work...

Gravon is aware already. As I said, I was there endorsing the Profposalton and Dieter admitted it was not functioning well. Still he did nothing about it, maybe because silver is gone? But Thorsten Jungbluth is still out there, isn't he?

What about Spion? Is he still around? Wasn't he a main programmer there?

He is the same person as Thorsten, Gary :). He owns the site.

From Gravon's site, about platforms which work, did I understand them correctly that Apple computers are NOT supported on their website?

Please clarify.

Thank you!  :)

More than I thought. Everytime I've been on it has been dead with no one there.

The programming on gravon is better but it's certainly not as active as this site. It's a shame. I think the interface there draws many people away from the site.

After trying Gravon for a while i can say that it really is much better
We have also built a strong Greek representation on Gravon, soon enough i expect half of the top 20 players of the rankings to be greek soon (Henry stop playing lotto and play seriously).

Really , I can make an hour long video about this site's problems if you want, but it is futile as no one of the admins cares. On Gravon, they might have some problems as some players told me , but at least they care about the game and that's what matters.
