Best to go to the Draw Refusal thread and paste your screenshots there. Make a strong case and we'll punish your opponent and give you your points back !

What is a good idea for everyone is to read all the pinned topics under general discussion. Find them here: http://forum.strateg...ral-discussion/
For instance you can read about draw refusals in the General Site and Forum Rules. You can read about making screenshots if that's a problem. You can read how the rating system works. And other things.
IUB, if you had a draw, why didn't you, as Lo said, just take the screens and report the person? There would be a ten minute / minimum two screenshot requirement to prove your opponent's bad behavior, true, but that's a far cry from 3 hours!
Next time will hopefully find you getting a draw refusal without wasting so much time.
Dear Gary, you are wise man. I hope you analyze my character, i dont like to complain easyly.
But this was most boring thing i have ever seen till today. I asked 3 times gently, ''look i cant get your flag because i have no miners, but you cannot pass my colonel, and your squad is useless i surrounded my flag with my 3 x lieutantant.'' She replied me '' Surrender looser'' .
What a meaningless and brutal answer.
here is screenshot. (You can see left and right column our casualties, i have to hide my army)

And notice that : I dont want to 13-14 points. I want to add this clock rule for our worthy TIMES. Time is much important than few points.
Report is only give me back some points, what about loosing my time?

IN chess there is a chess clock. If a game doesnt end within 2 hour/40 moves game goes to 'ajourne'..
I dont agree with Gary, i think it must be time or move limit per a game.
