Was there a bracket used anywhere that was being filled in?

I want to personally thank everyone again who came out to our first event. While there were some bumps along the way, we'll discuss how we can improve the next event. We'll keep everyone informed when next event will come along.

Once we get a few more people we need to make a north american only regular season where everyone has to play each other twice for like a few month period.

Thanks for having the tournament, but why can't Jumbo announce it? They can just do a blast email. Surely Stratego tournaments should have 50 players or more. Also I would bet some of the disconnects are how people quit. They don't know any better. Happened again to me today. I am used to it and just do something else. I would also guess that most players don't even know what the forum is. All those emails and it makes me wonder who is steering the ship? The marketing opportunities, battle coins which mean nothing to me) as prizes for everyone. It's as if they want this game to fail. Most of you know of my failed attempt to gain control and create a subscription based section. Let the kids play for free, but no ELO and 10.00 per month will stop the multiple accounts in their tracks. This is why I was so surprised the marketing director wouldn't even negotiate. I think I will write him again.

The original idea proposed by Astros was just to have a USA event, but I figured we didn't have creditably and number of players yet to pull off a major event. I decided to create the NASF with hopes we get a good following of hardcore and casual players from USA, Canada and other countries in North America then on a future date we can discuss bigger events. Yes as Astros said this is just a Federation for North American players, and if we get organized well enough of this site, we can recruit other players from other sites who are North Americans to join. Jumbo gaming has nothing to do with what we are creating here as a group.
