I am having trouble buying battle coins. I get a new window that just says " Exception in KgbPaymentUpdate. Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx). "

Did this get fixed, Duke of Leon?

In the game? By buying different pictures with battlecoins. If you are referring to people with pictures of themselves, they have created their account through facebook. Having a picture of you and not having an account through facebook is impossible. You can only choose the soldiers.

That topic is addressed here:

http://forum.strateg...-customisation/

I have merged your question into that topic, joshuatandiono.

Basically, you click on your name in the upper righthand corner of the forum page.  Then click on My Settings below that.  Then you will have General Account Settings appear.  Under that the first item is Photo.  Beside that is the box to press labeled "Change my photo".

Note that doing this will only apply to the forum and will not change your game side avatar image.

You mean your ranking on the forum? Log out and back in and it will show your current rank.

1) Fairway tells you correctly.

2) I only know that changing one's avatar on the game side is currently possible by accessing the game through Facebook. There might be another way, but Facebook is the most common way you see players have personalized photos in their games.

I think you have to log out of the forum and back in to take effect.

Vap0r, this was answered by Fairway two posts above your question.  :)

Aha, got it, thanks.

Profile customisation rules/guidelines:

2. Nothing offensive

Hello Mick, could you explain further exactly what 'nothing offensive' actually is?

Unfortunately, almost anyone can find offense in almost anything.

Fairway, this is something that will be at the discretion of the mods and admins.

Hmm. Okay, quite vague. So say I wanted my profile picture to be Adolf Hilter, would that be considered offensive?

p.s. No, I definitely don't want his picture being mine, just being curious.

Fairway, what is offensive can be somewhat obvious like a picture of Hitler (and you can bet that would bother some people!), but for everything lesser the judgement of the MT or admins will rule. Will it be subjective at times? Of course. But it will be reasonable.
