I need to continue my rankings:

4. Maxroelofs. A very sportsmanlike player. When I played him I realized that I accidentally had clicked on the wrong strategy to use. I told him this, and he offered to tie with me so we could start over again and I could use the right strategy. He even gave me a hint: he was using the same strategy as before. Also, he is a high-ranking platinum player, good skill.

5. Morx- a good player who I am friends with, he used to be a platinum marshal but recently went on a cold streak and is presently a platinum colonel. I'm sure he'll regain his rank, though.

1. Hielco

2. Nortrom

3. Sohal

4. M2C

5. Constrictor or Malachi

Sportsmanship would have to go to Sohal for me. I remember getting disconnected a lot of times on meta and on return my setup was upside down. Sohal would always nullify the game and start again, normally when he was in a winning position. Also was very helpful with giving me tips on how to improve my game. Thx Sohal ;)

This is something which would be really good on this site; a feedback option for players (like the one they had on meta). It was good because before I played someone new, I would check their feedback and know whether they were a good sport, Friendly or not, or a cheater etc...

I forgot about Sevenseas. He should be number 4. Bump everyone down a rank. (Also, it won't let me quote something from another page and this page, so for my # 1,2,and 3 see page 1.)

I dont know about hielco's sportsmanship, but he has the skills to make it by that alone imo.

Of course, I've never played Helico either, but he is undoubtedly the best player. He leads the platinum leader boards with quite an ELO margin.

For the most sportsmanlike i have to give a medal to -wogomite- who was winning a game against me but surrender right when his miner was next to my flag with a message in chat saying" i'll give you the victory cause i wouldn't like it either losing so many points from a low ranked player like me" ... finally i got 3 points instead of losing 20 ... definitely the medal of sportsman goes to him.

this wogomite guy is very likable  I would assume.

Yes, he was! Sigh... Thank you for reminding me. Sometimes my brain fails to remember the obvious.

Fairway, yes it will. If you just want one quote from a former page, whether your own quote or someone else's, you can then quote it there and send a reply. Simple. Your reply will be in the newest position on the newest page of the topic once you do.

If you've already begun working a post in a topic and realize you want to add a quote to your post, then that's easy with tabs on a desktop. Open another tab from the one of your post. Then in the new tab go to your desired quote--no matter what page it's on or topic it's in--quote it, copy it, switch back to the tab of your post, and paste the quote in your active post precisely where you want it.

The multiquote feature allows you to copy a quote from one page and then another quote from the same or another page in one topic if you like.

Also, you can always edit anything down that you copy so it is never necessary to quote an entire post and flood the forum with it. Try it. (You'll note I edited down your post on my quote above.)

Hope this helps.☺

This topic with the above two posts was merged into an older thread of the same name by the same author. Caesar101, you forgot the old one!
