Although I have a Samsung Galaxy 5 and you may have a different Android phone, this information may still help you. In my phone you just press the the vertical three-dots settings buttons in the upper right corner of the screenshot you wish to submit. Then press Edit in the menu that drops down. Next press Decorations. Then Stamps. The very first time stamp you see is my pick for the best. The one that says the day of the week really big at the top of the screen and the date/time small at the bottom. You want both the time AND the date, so ignore the several that don't have both these features.

You'll next have to save your picture with the adjustments. Generally it goes to the "studio" part of your Gallery while your original is saved unchanged under "screenshots" just as it was.

Then do the imgur (or other web-hosting site) thing and get a link for the new picture. Then Presto! VoilĂ ! You will now have timestamps on the screenshots that you send to the MT or TC or whoever requires them.

Here's a link to a post in the archives where a simple method was suggested to do timestamps for iPhones.
