I would like to report Unladen Swallow for draw refusal. I had his pieces trapped with my 1 and 2, and he just kept alternating pieces to stall.  He even admits to stalling in the chat and makes no moves to attack. Please see the attached imgur link.

Draw refusal?? You lost the game cause I captured your general and marshal because you lottoed them onto a bomb. I counter chased for maybe afew moves because I was curious if he would make another (sub-optimal) move. I gave up a major and progressed the game onto a win. Notice how the screen is cropped at the end.

You offered 3 ties over the course of 2 MINUTES. Nowhere near the 10 required. As I said I gave up my major and progressed the game. I won fair & square.

Why would I even refuse ties with malicious intent if I am up 3 majors?

This is a false claim. You can even ask admin to verify what happened with his pieces at the end.

Look at his final defeat screen he posted: that PROVES he lost his marshal at the end to a bomb.

I would like to report "Lord" for draw refusal and abusive in-game behaviour. He had one captain and one scout, and I had one captain and one lieutenant. After we exchanged captains, he refused to tie and just hopped his scout all over the place. Both our flags were surrounded by bombs. I lost 12 points in surrendering to him.

I lottoed at the end because of your blatant refusal for a draw. You even admitted as much in the chat. You went back and forth alternating pieces for a minimum of 30 turns. The reason you are so defensive is because you know it is true. You never made a move to progress the game until I gave up on your pathetic stalls and sacrificed my pieces.

What motive would I have to deliberately refuse ties, when I know the penalty for refusal? I am up 3 majors + have info on marshal and general so I have no reason to want a tie. I sacrificed one of them -- big deal -- and won the game fair & square.

For a maximum of 30 turns. Less than 2 minutes. I wanted to see if you stopped the counter chase yourself, and after you didn't I gave up my major. You admit yourself the 3 ties were refused in a period of LESS than 2 minutes.

The reason I'm defensive is because you're accusing me of draw refusal...

I also said more on the chat afterwards (such as "I will attack now" .... but for some unknown reason you didn't screenshot those words... )

danker, you don't have the time on your second refusal screen so there's no way of determining unsportsmanlike delay and abuse from your evidence. You need to ideally show ten minutes' worth of time between refusal screens. There is five minutes between the first refusal screen and the defeat screen, but it needs to be more time and strictly between two refusal screens only. The link to draw refusal rules is at the bottom of every one of my posts

I would like to report PHILO CODO.  he had no miners and my flag was protected by bombs.  Our highest pieces were captains and he refused draw 3 times.  Image uploaded.  I can't spend all of my time until he gives up for a win when there are no time limits.  Please restore my points if possible, thank you.

First time ever reporting a draw refusal. He just moved pieces back and forth for 30 minutes and all I had was a scout as my memory let me down again. This guy just irritated me enough and refused 3 draw requests. I shouldn't lose to guys like this, but I am getting Alzheimer's. If I am not giving enough proof well so be it. You can take my word for it or not. The game lasted 1.5 hours and I had enough and ran my scout into a piece. Oh damn that's right we need the admins to do their job. Well good luck to me with that.

Lo you never cease to amuse me. I'd open up a tab for you at your local pub if I knew your favorite spot. I wonder how many draw refusals I have just resigned so as not to waste my precious time over some silly points. I have been clicking my heels a lot the past month or two. Seems to work pretty good for me. I don't even remember the day or the game. Just take it off the already backlogged caseload. The MTs do a lot for me and I do not wish to burden them with a silly request like this.

My opponent cant move any other piece exept the 5 he has in the middle of the board because, I have a 9 left to capture his flag. His spy is on one side of the flag and two 8's on each side. His 3 is in front. If he moves any other piece except his spy forward, he risks certain loss.  But this dancing around went on for 2 minutes as I pleaded for a tie. He refused each time. Then I quit. His strategy was to waste time until I quit, and he was successful but unethical and poor sportsmanship over a simple game.

You do not have enough evidence here for a case. Please see the link at the bottom of any of my posts for the evidence needed for draw refusals.

Draw refusal by Dactylo123: http://imgur.com/a/w0Ja2

I personally don't know why Dactylo123 has chosen an endless chase after my Marshal. He had big advantage but nevertheless he rejected my 3 draw offers and he failed to attack for 17 min.

On the other hand these draw refusals get approved here and then there is no actual action made against the offenders. It is as if there was no penalty. I am not sure if there is even point of my time submitting cases and your time on judging each of the cases here if there is not real action made.

This case is excellently made, particularly for a new app case. In fact, I would say it's the best new app case we have seen. You have shown the graveyards more than once which clarifies a lot. Thank you for the wonderful effort. A case will be opened.

You also have a previous case opened which hopefully will come to decision this week as well. The culprits of your draw refusals and everyone else's will get their punishment, you can count on it, and yourself and every victim will get their 13 draw points restored.
