Thanks for replying Gaius the dude got crossed on my miner for my scout and he now thought he had a non scout coming to back row and he got all pieces off of row 10 and i scouted the flag for victory. he was bragging that he had 24 hours to wait out the game. I don't think I could last more than 13

lol,

He even friended me, so i said, ok friends shake hands, that was at about 65 minutes ago. he did get one scout but he lost site of the other and when he got crossed up he got cockiey. he did not need to move anything but one piece. i dont understand these idiots sometimes with their cockiness.

I would like to report agdi for not accepting a clear draw. He had 2 pieces and I had two scouts and a lot of other pieces while his flag was open. He rejected 3 times for draw. Please ban him accordingly

I also want my points back since I had to forfeit

They are still under review, we will let you know when we come to a decision, right now it looks like you will get your points back for at least one game.

The Moderator Team finds Elihu in violation of our rules in regards to tie refusal.  He will receive a letter of explanation / warning and a deduction of 50 rating points.  Since no "Defeat" screen was provided in this case, the MT will not request a restoration of points to godfather76.

Dear Moderators,

Please review the following game and take appropriate action.  This is clearly a win for me as the opponent is engaging in a continuous chase, but unfortunately he would neither forfeit, nor accept a draw.  Thank you for your assistance.

why does it say both players have still a major whereas there are no more blue major on the board ?

but yes that is double chase from red

good luck to explain that to the community, especially with players like trickz who did not understand the rules and are posting many mistakes

I'm glad you reminded me of this.  I've had this glitch happen to me in several of my games.  In this game, I hit a piece with my major, then my major disappears from the game board but does not appear in the captured pieces, and the piece I hit is not revealed to me.  Has this happened to others?

Hello Enigma,

I've never seen this bug but based on the screenshots you provided can you now tell us if the piece which was hit by your major was still on the board just prior you surrendered and if yes which one it is?

Hey, I have a question.  Enigma, how long did all the back-and-forth playing last?  Were you at this stage of the game for 20 moves each?  30?  Far more?  I only ask because I wonder what the threshold is for the M.T. for it to be deemed flagrant stalling on the other guy's part.  I don't see how this game could be called a "clear win" for you since you couldn't go right in and take the fellow's flag. But certainly a tie was the best the other fellow had to hope for, at least legitimately.

I mean, I could see a guy hoping for a bit of luck and a quick screw up by you in the first so many moves at that time, but there has to come a point where it is ridiculous, and the opponent has nothing to hope for that is admirable and worthy.

How long were you at it in the draw phase then?

I know it's salt on an open wound, but if we had the AutoDraw in place then it would have ended this game in a draw at X number of moves, and you would not have taken the "escape" loss.  On top of that, perhaps the fellow would've accepted your tie request sooner, knowing that the tie hammer was coming down anyway.  We clearly need the AutoDraw to enforce civility and good sportsmanship here.

Gary
