I have a current record of 16-2

I use a "marshal charge" approach.

My record indicates that you can be successful and reveal your marshal early on

Yes. It is possible. But more often than not at "competent" levels (i.e., general and above) the marshal charge approach will likely not succeed. A 16-2 record is commendable, but keep in mind that you are most likely playing mainly individuals unfamiliar with "proper" defensive techniques.

That being said, yes, even world champions have successfully employed an early reveal of the marshal - but often with special, careful reasons for doing so.

How can I help you?

Hey gPRIME, that's a great start. You're probably hooked into playing and will stay here at the site.  But remember that what works against 150 level players will not necessarily succeed against 300's and 400's.  The bluffing on the other side gets more skillful, for one.

But great start.  Continued good luck!
